Cuban actress Broselianda Hernandez was found dead in Miami Beach

No reason for death has been resolved at this point, yet police say there were no indications of foul play.

Entertainer Broselianda Hernandez, who worked for more than two decades in TV, theater and movies in Cuba, has been discovered dead along the shoreline of Miami Beach, specialists said on Thursday. She was 56.

As indicated by police, there were no clear indications of foul play. The clinical inspector’s office has not yet decided the reason for death.

An witness called police early Wednesday in the wake of finding a lady close to the shoreline, Miami Beach Police representative, Ernesto Rodriguez, said.

Officials and firefighters later distinguished her as Hernandez. The Havana-conceived entertainer had been living in Miami for a couple of years after a diversion profession in Cuba, specialists said.

As per neighborhood media sources, her family said she left to purchase cigarettes late Tuesday however never got back home or returned calls.

Hernandez rose to fame during the 1990s with appearances soap operas, for example, “When Water Returns to Land” and “Women of Honor.”

In 2010, she played the mother of Jose Martí in a biopic of the Cuban independence hero, “Martí, the Eye of the Canary.”

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel grieved Hernandez and sent his sympathies to her friends and family on Thursday by means of Twitter.

“Farewell to an exceptional actress named Broselianda,” he wrote. “We mourn her early loss. Our condolences to her family and friends. #SomosCuba.”
